Arabic is where most localizations break
Many studios ship Arabic that players can’t even read. Engines that don’t shape Arabic script show disconnected, backwards letters. Players notice in seconds, and so do reviewers.
- Broken text renderingUnshaped letters, wrong direction and clipped strings in menus and HUD.
- UI that ignores right-to-leftMirrored layouts, numbers and mixed English terms need engineering, not just translation.
- Cultural and ratings riskContent that works in the West can hurt reviews or ratings in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

Frequently asked questions
Which file formats do you work with?
We work from your string exports such as XLSX, CSV, JSON, XML or PO files, plus scripts, audio and video references. Our engineers can advise on preparing a localization kit if you don't have one yet.
Can you fix Arabic text that renders broken in our engine?
Our team checks Arabic shaping, right-to-left layout and fonts in your build during visual QA, and reports every issue with screenshots so your developers can fix it fast.
Do you record voice over in-house?
Yes. Saudisoft has its own studio for recording, editing, mixing and mastering, with casting and art direction for every character.
Which Arabic should my game use?
Most games use Modern Standard Arabic for reach across the region. For marketing, trailers or specific characters we can adapt to Saudi, Gulf or Egyptian dialects.
Do you localize updates and DLC?
Yes. We keep your term base and translation memory, so patches, seasonal events and DLC are localized quickly and stay consistent with the base game.
Is our unreleased game kept confidential?
Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving builds and restrict access to the people working on your project.
